We're located in Margeride, in the heart of wild, unspoilt countryside. Game is abundant here. We have developed partnerships with various hunting societies in Lozère, Cantal and Haute-Loire to collect and market game. We work in partnership with the Langogne slaughterhouse to prepare the game we collect, and have our own veterinary-approved cutting plant.
Game sales to chefs, restaurants and local authorities
During the hunting season, we offer a game menu available every week depending on the game collected. We work with a number of Michelin-starred chefs and restaurants who recognize the quality of the meat we supply. We also supply the kitchens of a number of local authorities on request. We then deliver to our partners either locally with our refrigerated vehicles or nationally with Chronofresh. You can also reserve and pick up an order if you're staying at a hotel.
